CADMech can provide a wide range of CAD services from conventional 2D draughting up to advanced 3D solid modeling techniques for our customers. This enables designs with all geometric properties to be obtained before manufacture, thereby allowing us to easily change materials, construction, geometry and physical properties before any prototyping or manufacture commences thereby providing shorter cycle times to the finished product.

Converting Industry

We specialise in the Converting Industry, in particular in all aspects of the production and processing of pressure sensitive adhesives and subsequent conversion processes. We have experience in the design of liquid batching plants, coating processes and technology, drying processes, tension control / web tracking, web cleaning methods, web thickness / coating thickness measurement and reeling / slitting technology.

Textile Industry

We have experience in the design and development of various types of textile knitting and processing machines, in particular circular knitting machines.

Electronics Industry

For the electronics industry we provide specialist jig's and fixtures for the PCB industry and solutions for processing / testing and manual handling operations.

General
